“Hamilton Crossing treated Poncho like the special dog child that he was. Jennifer was his groomer and the best groomer and compassion and appreciation for how Poncho was loved. Poncho had a TPL and later he got cancer. He had two surgeries before we decided to live out his wonderful life. He made everyone who met him smile. Jennifer continue to groom him perfectly from his puppy stage to 16 years. He died two weeks after his birthday after his Dad and me took care of him. He will be in doggy heaven but he made heaven on earth for all of his family. I will grieve forever for losing him but it was just time. He died at home and looked beautiful with the care of his earlier grooming by Jennifer?“

“We had to put our beloved dog Brownie to sleep today and we used the services at this clinic. The care and compassion from all of the staff and doctor was wonderful and made this painful process much easier. Our girl did not suffer and passed peacefully over the rainbow bridge. If you find yourself in this horrible situation I highly recommend you consider using this clinic to help your loved pet pass peacefully.“

“The staff here are excellent. They surgeon is very sweet and so are the techs. My 2 year old pitty mix had a torn ACL and they were able to do x-rays and get a game plan all in one appointment and were able to schedule the surgery within a month. They don't offer payment plans, but do offer some sort of pay-back credit and I do believe they take pet insurance.Their quote included everything; cone, implant hardware, anesthesia, medications as well as 2 follow up visits. I hope I don't have to see them in the future, but I will definitely go back to them if I ever need vet surgery services again. They took very good care of my pup and she is doing so well!“

Office staff is prompt and even has sent our paperwork needed to others for things such as boarding etc. they are wonderful and when our 16 year old was sick we wouldn't have thought to allow any other place help him leave this world and take his journey on the rainbow bridge!“
