Brian Wright came out quickly with a plumber to do an inspection then he was able to work with our insurance to get things going.They ripped up flooring in my bathroom, dining room, living room and hallway. They tore out the walls down to the studs in the bathroom. They were efficient.When it came time for the remodel the plumber (Derrick), Rick Gibson, Chris Rust, Brenda Gibson and American electric did a wonderful job.Before and after work was done Brian Wright was able to walk me through everything. By no direct fault of the driver he had a tire blow out on his truck and it struck my car causing minor damage. Spoke with Sylas about the damages he was extremely friendly and understanding. Office staff was friendly every time I had to call to give Sylas any updates. Was able to come to an agreement for covering the damages without any headaches.
