I was looking for a capacitor for my 15 year old Carrier gas furnace. I had looked at a number of websites, and found that Shorty's HVAC site was the easiest to navigate. when I was uncertain that I had the right part, I email the company and got a quick response. after explaining my situation and sending a photo of the part I wanted to replace, they were able to locate the part and ship it out the next day. I replaced the part and the furnace is humming along. the key point is Shortys was helpful beyond my expectations and found what I was unable to locally as easily here in WA state. I would definitely work with them in the future.
