I really like Dr. Randall, he is knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He has changed the quality of my life and I'm very grateful even took my daughter to see him and he is helping her too. BUT there is one nurse there that is rude disrespectful and got short tempered and out of line with my 4 year old. I wish I could remember her name but won't forget her face she even apologized bc she said she was tired and had been there since 7am. He was sitting there QUIETLY watching his tablet , I turned the volume down to a reasonable amount and she couldn't think over the tablet in the background so snapped on my 4 year old.
