I needed my outside unit either repaired or replaced. Tim suggested that at the age of the unit, he would recommend repairing it. It was apparently installed in my new house some 8 years ago. Tim said it was a terrible install with the copper tubing being "kinked" instead of with proper connectors and fittings. He and his fellow technician Zach did a great job. They arrived on time and finished on time. He answered all of my questions to make sure I was happy. It was great to have someone in the service industry of his caliber. JL Anderson have done a wonderful job , they installed our heating , cooling system a few years ago, and did so without pushing us to spend more money than necessary. They have continued to service and maintain our system and it has been running with no problems. We are very happy with the service we have received. Would recommend them to anyone.

Although it took two visits, the second thorough investigation and tightening of every tiny detail, solved the problem at no extra cost to me. I have been dealing with Anderson for over 10 years with great satisfaction for both heating and cooling. I never feel that I haven't gotten the best value for my money as well as pleasant workers who do their best to keep my elderly systems running well!
