“We came home to the AC not running and the house sitting at 82 degrees. Hoppy was able to get a technician out within the hour and we were back up and running in about an hour and a half! The technician was friendly, wore boot covers, and kept us updated through their software and iPad throughout the repairs. Their attention to detail, follow ups, and plans for future repairs is truly top notch. Our AC is running better than it did when we bought the house! So grateful that we have such a pro team close by!“

“I needed my outside unit either repaired or replaced. Tim suggested that at the age of the unit, he would recommend repairing it. It was apparently installed in my new house some 8 years ago. Tim said it was a terrible install with the copper tubing being "kinked" instead of with proper connectors and fittings. He and his fellow technician Zach did a great job. They arrived on time and finished on time. He answered all of my questions to make sure I was happy. It was great to have someone in the service industry of his caliber. By the way, I did have another company, Su????s, come first and their only idea was a replacement unit. So, my second opinion with JL Anderson saved me a couple of thousand dollars I believe.“

“A/C unit stopped working due to a nibbled wire. They came out the next morning and had it running in less than an hour. The technician cleaned up the unit, re-wired with proper insulation and charged a very fair price! I’d definitely recommend this company and their knowledgeable staff!“

“I called Sietsma’s when my furnace was running but not blowing hot air. He came out, worked for an hour or so, and fixed my furnace. He just charged me the call out fee. Couldn’t possibly be happier. I will definitely be calling them in the future, should something else go wrong.“

“My Amana Air Command furnace from '96 decided to quit with many symptoms of an aging unit. Called Yoder, they came right out. After showing me the symptoms of an insidiously located and compromised inducer w weak blower motor, overheating internals and repeated short cycling, weak output etc. they gave me space heaters until I decided what I was going to do. Again, they came right out with my choice and professionally, courteously and efficiently installed a new furnace. My rating has 5 stars because going above and beyond all the while informing me about options, being timely and thoroughly replacing the new unit. Yoders team even set my water heaters vent pipe to spec. No mess left with these folks. Mr. Yoder was very accessible and responsive with questions I had. Isaac was as professional as they come.
