We have been bringing our son to the Wabash Landing location for at least 2 years now, and we always come back to Nina. The first time, we explained he has severe autism and she was so gentle and patient with him. She explained each step to him, and gained his trust. He will now ask for a haircut when he had be terrified of them and looked like a shaggy mop because we'd go too long in between cuts. Went in here on a whim 3 years ago and went from long to very short hair. I was so happy with how she listened and did it how I wanted. Every time I "change up" and tweak it she listens, takes her time and by golly, nails it!! I am always receiving compliments. I will stay with this young lady for good. Give her a try! You will be pleased.
Hair type: It's is now very short and sassy. I change it up from time to time, she totally gets it and does it right

Karen was so great with my 3 year old son's haircut this week! She kept him talking and distracted and although he normally hates his hair being cut, she gave him a very positive experience! 10/10!
