Kayla the assistant manager serviced my new frame selection efficiently, and very friendly. Was helpful in helping me decide on the best frame (s) for my face. The frame selection was very large, and I had no difficulty selecting several great frames to choose from. The pricing was as varied too. Ranging from high, high end to very reasonable with no obvious lowering in value and appearance simply because you chose a lesser price bracket. They accept a wide selection of insurances, and have early check in online so you arrive without a long wait to fill out paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and naturally kind and helpful i really enjoyed my visit there and look forward to being called back to pick my glasses up. “I've been coming here for a while, and Erin, the optometrist, has always been polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. The staff here is as well. I purchased my latest pair of glasses a couple of months ago, and I noticed the coating was coming off. No questions, they ordered new lenses and covered it as defective. The new lenses arrived 7 days later, and I can see clearly again.“
