Drs. Jackson and Flanagan have been monumental in our various journeys of pet care. Dr. Jackson walked alongside our family during the difficult final months with our dog. And Dr. Flanagan is the only reason our adventurous explorer of a cat still lives! He used all nine lives this summer. The entire team at the animal hospital is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough in seeing that we receive the education and care we need. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
We have tried several other vets in the greater Lafayette area and Creekside takes the cake! They are attentive, kind, timely, and quick to fit you into their schedule. I always appreciate their follow up calls to make sure everything is ok after your visit.
This is the place to go if your pets are your family. If you want professionals who genuinely care about you and your dogs, who explain things to you in a way you understand, and that make time for you, too. I understand the best practices will be busy, but when you're worried, you don't want to wait weeks. They are efficient, super nice, and the building itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. They want to talk about your pet's backstory, so they get a clear understanding before they diagnose. They don't want to rush to get the pet out - you don't feel like a number.
