The customer service was very good and my hair turned out ok but it wasn't really the style I asked for and it was a bit uneven. I asked for layers in my hair but it was almost entirely one length.
Sally did an amazing job on my hair. I was a little nervous to try another hairdresser but she was very friendly and did my hair exactly how I wanted. Quick, affordable, definitely will go back.
