I took my yoga teacher training at this studio. My first day walking into this studio was for my first day of training. Upon thinking about this, it’s a crazy way to join a studio. Despite my impulsive decision I found myself amongst like minded kind individuals. I truly believe the divine was looking out for me that day because this studio has grown me as a person tremendously. Anita is one of the most incredible individuals I’ve ever met. The people she surrounds her self with, and employee at her studio don’t fall short either. Yin yoga with Katie was a beautiful practice! Lead with a holistic tenderness and wisdom. The warmth of the studio feels like a cocoon. Transformative. Looking forward to next Tuesday.
At first I was just gonna try. And then after first class, wow. I like the yoga they taught. It was a bit intense for me because I am a beginner, but it was amazing once I managed to finish it together with everyone else. People here so nice! Liked it and will definitely continue taking it!
