Starting with my first call, the woman who took my information was helpful and kind. Just as she stated, Mike came to our home on our schedule ( I didn’t have to take off early from work ) and evaluated our furnace and A/C to provide us a free quote. And as he stated, our quote was presented to us in 2 days. Mike also was able to answer ALL questions and provide a nice list of options. After we determined what equipment we were interested in, he then provided us with options for cash payment or financing. Mike was very easy to work with. Once we agreed on a purchase, his team was again able to work with us on the days that worked best for install. The crew showed up on time (both days) and also, answered all questions before they left. Their reputation shined through and we couldn’t be more pleased. Western Hills Heating and Air Conditioning installed our geothermal system, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to "go" with them. The crew that installed the system (including extra ductwork and an enhanced water heating system) were professional - through and through. Since then (3 years ago), they have answered all my questions quickly and fully, and their service calls (not for problems, just check-ups) have always been on time and efficient. I'd "go" with them again in a heartbeat.
After a fair amount of research, we went with Western Hills Heating & Air Conditioning for our geothermal system back in 2012. Best decision ever! Office staff is courteous, friendly, and accommodating. We see their service technicians every 6 months to keep our geothermal running like new. They are ALL top-notch!
