Starting with my first call, the woman who took my information was helpful and kind. Just as she stated, Mike came to our home on our schedule ( I didn’t have to take off early from work ) and evaluated our furnace and A/C to provide us a free quote. And as he stated, our quote was presented to us in 2 days. Mike also was able to answer ALL questions and provide a nice list of options. After we determined what equipment we were interested in, he then provided us with options for cash payment or financing. Mike was very easy to work with. Once we agreed on a purchase, his team was again able to work with us on the days that worked best for install. The crew showed up on time (both days) and also, answered all questions before they left. Their reputation shined through and we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend! Randy and Holly are lovely to work with. They both know their stuff, are professional, reasonably priced, and always quick to reply to emails or texts. I needed several trees removed and will have the Towes back to plant new ones. They can handle the big jobs but will also take care of the smaller jobs. I’m happy to have found them!

I had a problem with my Geothermal system Weds evening before the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Instead of waiting until Monday or pay for an expensive holiday service call, Jeremy walked me through a temporary fix via Facetime. Eventually Mike came out to help with a permanent solution. Both were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional!
I used Matt and team for finishing my basement. All the contractors were great, did excellent work and clean. They accommodated all our requests and I am very happy with the results. Project size was roughly 2000sq ft. Tom did an excellent job managing the project.
