When the water line entering my house started to leak I knew I was in trouble. I contacted Kauffman's and they not only quickly responded but assessed my situation. They were helpful and supportive with the diagnosis and then prompt with the repair. Employees are professional, hard working, courteous and the best example of a service company! Urgent situation, little to no water pressure. Called and left message at 830pm Thursday. Friday morning at 730am, relieved call back, explained situation, and was told they would be here around noon. They arrived before noon, put in a new well pump, and was gone before 1pm. Can't say enough about this company. Highly Recommend
