WAC'd is an excellent IT service provider! From replacing blown computers, fixing connections, updating software, to providing protection from viruses and hackers, they are simply the best! I want to give a shout out to Doug for assistance yesterday with a simple connection issue; Phil for patiently going through our scanning issue today and finding the solution; and finally for Renee, Barnabas, Dennis and the rest of the crew for their family- oriented and good business relationships! Took my computer in because of a display issue. They told me there was $100 bench fee. I accepted. They looked into it and considering the circumstances and the amount of money it would take to repair, I decided to not spend the money on the repairs. They also waived the bench fee.
