I really can’t say enough about Lake City Restoration and the service that they gave to us. It started with a late night phone call to them after discovering that a hose on the refrigerator had split and I had serious water damage not only upstairs but in the basement as well. We basically lost 2/3 of the house and for the next 16 months had to live in other accommodations.
When I got in touch with them, they immediately got to work. They cleaned up the damage, recorded information and got us in touch with the tradesmen that we needed to basically start from scratch. I have been in building trades for over 20 years. Lake City Restoration is a top tier company! James and Aaron exceeded any expectations I had. From day one I was told what to expect and how they would handle the situation. Follow up calls explaining what they did throughout. Nothing but professional and kind. This part may sound silly to some, but their clean up, knocked it out of the park! Nothing to come home to clean up my self. Highly recommend this team!
