Let me state that I can be cynical and my trust is not given on demand, but I knew he was being honest about it. When the weather started cooling off, I called Collier’s to check the furnace and ensure it was working properly before winter. I’m so glad I made that call. Rick conducted a thorough check and informed us that we had a serious issue that would require a new furnace. Nobody wants to hear that assessment, but we were not surprised, given the age of the furnace. I’m so glad I made that call for the check-up. I called to schedule an appointment for the salesperson, Chris, to discuss our options for both a furnace and an air conditioning unit, and he was very patient. He explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions, allowing us to make an informed decision. After making our decision, we didn’t have to wait weeks for the installation to be completed. They arrived at the promised time and, over the two days it took to install both the furnace and A/C, were very professional, friendly, and willing to answer questions. They left everything clean and in order when they finished. The price was less than I had anticipated due to tariff issues, and although nobody wants to pay thousands of dollars for anything, we felt it was a very fair price. Especially when we witnessed the professionalism and precision of the installation process. We stayed out of their way, didn’t hover, and they worked quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Collier’s. We are more than satisfied, and if anyone mentions needing work or replacement of their heating or cooling system, Collier’s would be my first and only recommendation.“
