“I’m giving this a 4-star solely based on how kind and helpful the ladies working here were today. I made an appt at the salon 1 month in advance for an event I had the day of and my stylist canceled at the time of my appt. I had even spoken to her and confirmed everything two days prior to the appt. I will NEVER book an appt with Alison here again. Even when called again she still refused to come in.
My whole day would be ruined had the girls here not helped me find a new stylist at another place. I can’t get everything done I was hoping and I’m now in a time crunch to be done in time but at least I have a place to go.
DO NOT book with Alison. It would not surprise me one bit if she’s let go after this.
