“It was my first visit with Empress Beauty Salon. My stylist was Kara. She was nice, professional and understood what I wanted my hair to look like. I got a fresh cut and touch up color. She did an amazing job coloring my hair. Attention to detail! No missing grey spot anywhere. The color she used on my hair doesn’t have a strong chemical odor or burns my scalp. And they also got a vending machines full of snacks and a coffee station for customers. How cool is that? I love my new hair today! Thanks Kara!

Side note, I wasn’t impressed with the loud mouth lady cussing up a storm about her life at the lobby, half of my time being there.
