“I really can’t say enough about Lake City Restoration and the service that they gave to us. It started with a late night phone call to them after discovering that a hose on the refrigerator had split and I had serious water damage not only upstairs but in the basement as well. We basically lost 2/3 of the house and for the next 16 months had to live in other accommodations.

When I got in touch with them, they immediately got to work. They cleaned up the damage, recorded information and got us in touch with the tradesmen that we needed to basically start from scratch. They were extremely helpful with suggestions, answers to things I didn’t know, and waited patiently with me while trying to get the insurance company to move a bit quicker and release the funds so we could get back home.
