Was passed off to new accountant (Lee) since Caleb left. My accountant required some explaining because Lee was new to working with me and he charged me for the time it took to get him up to speed on the phone. I was charged more this year even though I went to a simpler filing. When I questioned it he got very rude via email and told me to pay my bill and find someone else if I don’t like the price….so I’m taking his advice.

Called before and asked if they would charge me for questions if I had them throughout the year. They said no, so I let them do my taxes and with that I had some questions. After I received my extremely high bill for taxes I called and he said it’s because you asked questions.He asked for a meeting to discuss our situation and they after the fact, today told me he was charging us for the meeting not that it was included in our tax consultation cost.
