As the old sound bite goes, "Price, Quality, Service... Pick any 2". However, we got all 3 with our new Collier's HVAC installation! Every part of the process was top-notch from the initial quote all the way through to the final product. We love our new furnace, A/C, thermostat, air purifier and whole home humidifier and also love the communication from Kevin (owner) and the way he quickly responded to a snafu after the job was complete. Collier’s scheduler was very polite. The technician called before arriving and finished promptly. He called to confirm completion of the maintenance service, and that all was good with my furnace.Services: Install AC

Jason was exceptional. We, unfortunately, needed assistance on December 23 during a blizzard. He was on time, called to let us know pre arrival. Helped with all our immediate needs/concerns and provided us with options for the future that we were completely unaware of. We will be scheduling follow-ups and future work.
