We were in need of electric work done in a commercial building in Nappanee and they came to our rescue and got the job done! We didn’t have any electric and the storefront couldn’t do business. I called several other electric contractors in Nappanee who didn’t have any compassion for our situation and would put us on a waiting list but definitely couldn’t get it done in the next few days. Thank you Swartz Electric for your very timely response and good work.

We called them for help after losing power to half of our kitchen in the evening. The very next day Jack was able to get us on his schedule -thanks Sam- and Jack spent maybe a half hour here and was able to restore the power in the kitchen and also to our bedroom. We had our local electric company come out months prior for the issue in our bedroom, but after two people spent two hours trying to fix it (we were billed for those hours) they couldn't find the issue. Jack is awesome and from now on we will only go to them for all our electrical work. He was very polite, professional, and punctual; he represented his company well. Thank you Jack, Sam, and all of Schwartz Electric for the best customer service!

Sam was a very diligent worker and very friendly! An issue did arise but the owner, Troy, took time to come to our home to make things right. I appreciate him taking time to handle the situation himself. Honest and trustworthy company and owner! Excellent customer service! Would recommend and use again in the future! Thanks, Troy!
