I am a transporter and a horse I was hauling out of Indiana, was in need of a health certificate done at the last minute (trying to help my client), due to no available vets in the area of the horse. Dr. Randolph was flexible and able to squeeze us in the next morning of me calling. I was coming from Ohio to pick the horse up in Indiana and drive it the 3.5 hrs to Dr. Randolph. Great customer service, proficient, and professional.

Purchased a horse in October that was boarded at their facility. Dr Coyle did the PPE. I felt very comfortable with her. She was so thorough, and I felt like she was very honest with what she found. She did find some concerns and discussed them with us privately, allowing us to have an open conversation. We ended up purchasing the horse, but I felt more comfortable after the info she provided. Since then, I've had to call a few times for paperwork. The staff is always super helpful, timely, and thorough. I wish we lived closer as I loved dealing with them!

Lauren is awesome and so is Matt but Lauren worked on my mare the most went above and beyond for my mare who isn’t the easiest to handle when it comes vet work and being in a new place. They are the best vets I have dealt with and truly want to get to the bottom of any issues you are having. Highly recommend them!
