I have used them before and not had a problem. Been without ac for a week now. Called last Friday at 330 or 345 and everyone had left. They came out Monday and ordered a part that they said would be in in two days. Still waiting. I realize it could be possibly a shipping issue, but communication would be nice. Called yesterday asking about it and said it was not in yet, but someone would call me back. I never received a call back.

Never used these guys before but wanted to share this I watch one of there drivers pass the fire station on 10th street and didn't wait for the on coming vehicle and he just about took out the vehicle while flying down the road
