My recent visit a few days ago was a good experience with your technician, Penny. She was the only person in the store, and she was answering phones, and helping customers, and under stressful conditions, she ran the store quite successfully. My sunglasses were in very poor condition, as my dog had gotten ahold of them. I thought they were beyond repair. Even with all the interruptions, she repaired them while I waited. I wanted to make you aware what an asset she was to your store, and I would highly recommend her efforts to anyone shopping for glasses or in need of repair work. Sincerely, Kate p.s. Went to the Valparaiso Walmart Vision Center for an eye exam with Dr. Koulterides and then got a new prescription and picked out glasses frames right there… They were ready in less than a week… Actually they were tinted brown, just a mixup and had to go back only a few days later and they had my glasses all set… Very friendly staff including the manager there and Rebecca took care of me like a baby…! All the associates there like Rebecca and Chyvonne and others are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you… They have a wide array of frames including designer and name brands with a wide range of prices… When I go there, I’ll be asking for Rebecca... read full review

I’ve tried multiple other eye doctors before to do contacts and none had the patience to help me learn. Got into an emergency app bc my glasses broke next day doctor was awesomePenny sat and was patient and helpful and Kind and I was able to leave with contacts no issues after she sat with me for over an hour. Highly recommend penny
