I walked in and the Man who was working, Said “ are you dropping off?” I responded No, I actually have a couple questions. He Responded with “ Well sit down and wait.” He was not very friendly or customer service oriented. If I wanted to pay someone to be rude to me when I’m spending hard earned Money, I’d simply go to Ed Debevic's in Chicago!

I have been going to Joe's Xpress Tax for many years; I actually look forward to it each year. He keeps my taxes neat and tidy. So easy when he faxes in the info to the govt. and he very nicely puts my forms in a clear plastic folder. He also keeps the info for you should something happen to them.

We have been going to Joe for 11 years. He is fast and makes sure our taxes are done right. His rates are reasonable and he can usually get us in for an appointment quickly. Highly recommend.
