I had an emergency today at my home. There was an injured Hawk in the yard. After making a few phone calls, I called Southlane. This wonderful man came & was able to net the bird so gently! It was amazing how much care he had for this beautiful bird. Hopefully, they'll be able to save the Hawk & he'll be able to be let free again? I can't believe I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped us? He was so knowledgeable & kind. Thank you, & God bless you, for all your help.

OMG!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When I say TOP NOTCH services, I mean just that!! My 3 month old Chihuahua sustained a spinal injury at home from a fall?. I was referred to this hospital by the ER hospital because Dr. Keely works between the two hospitals and had saw my puppy while he was there at the ER hospital. The ladies at the main desk (I wished I would’ve gotten their names) were AMAZING, so very pleasant, kind & understanding. I’m sure they picked up on the state of mind I was in & at the same time, made me feel at home. Great place to go! I'm a 1st time pet mom, and they made me & Oreo feel very comfortable. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. The staff is genuinely kind and caring. I couldn't have had a better first experience!
