I did not have an appointment with them for pet care but I can speak to their general compassion and friendliness (which is nearly as important with a vet or medical professional!!)

I had a rough day with car issues. Car was disabled in their parking lot. It was HOT outside. They allowed me to come and go through their entrance and get a break from the heat as needed and were kind and helpful the entire time. After tow truck arrived, I accidentally left my briefcase and had to come back to grab it. They were on top of that as well and grabbed it from the bench outside and brought it inside for safe keeping.

Really appreciate you guys. Thank you very much!!

I had an emergency today at my home. There was an injured Hawk in the yard. After making a few phone calls, I called Southlane. This wonderful man came & was able to net the bird so gently! It was amazing how much care he had for this beautiful bird. Hopefully, they'll be able to save the Hawk & he'll be able to be let free again?
I can't believe I didn't get the gentleman's name that helped us?
He was so knowledgeable & kind.

OMG!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When I say TOP NOTCH services, I mean just that!! My 3 month old Chihuahua sustained a spinal injury at home from a fall?. I was referred to this hospital by the ER hospital because Dr. Keely works between the two hospitals and had saw my puppy while he was there at the ER hospital. The ladies at the main desk (I wished I would’ve gotten their names) were AMAZING, so very pleasant, kind & understanding. I’m sure they picked up on the state of mind I was in & at the same time, made me feel at home.
