I have been seeing Dr. Berns for several years now. Always a great experience with friendly folks in the office and the exact "bedside manner" for me can be found with Dr. Berns. I have recommended many people here over the years. Fantastic practice!
I’ve been a patient for years and I’ve never been disappointed! My concerns have always been addressed and the care given is amazing. The customer service is also always helpful and friendly. Very accommodating with work schedules.
The doctors and staff are great, but I have to subtract a star for never getting into my appointment on time. I’m always a few minutes early and have to wait 10-15 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. It’s very frustrating.
