We had an issue with our water heater. Within hours Ben from Plumbing Solutions was at our home to provide information and a quote to correct the problem. His level of customer satisfaction is outstanding! He is honest, professional and the down time was minimal. We're back on track and most appreciative of the service we received. I rarely write reviews for businesses, however every now and then there are exceptional businesses that actually do save you time and difficulty. Plumbing solutions is one that does. We have used them twice now, and if I have plumbing issues in the future, I will call them again. Their technicians show up on time, and they do their job in a timely fashion. The plumbing that they installed both times was not only neat and clean but was executed with a level of aesthetic detail rarely considered in the building trades. Most important, they do what is needed without trying to up-sell you on that which you do not need. I give them my highest recommendation.

Called the company on a Friday afternoon, they sent someone out to our home on the following Tuesday (they offered Monday, but we were not home). The guys (David & Sorian) that came were very professional fixed our faucets without parts and told us in Laymans terms what the problem was!Service: Faucet repair
