Lindsay Grady was amazing! She listened and understood every concern which I very much appreciated! She made me feel very comfortable and she just got straight to the point. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars though was because of the front desk check-in. She wasn’t super friendly which is fine because she’s just trying to get her job done, but I thought she was rude and disrespectful to me. I understand it’s a small waiting room in there, but she was just saying things across the room that maybe shouldn’t be spoke about across the room. The other staff was all wonderful though!
Lindsey Grady is very thorough. She makes everything so comfortable and easy. I have seen a few and Lindsey 7s at the top of my list. Cancer screening can be quite scarey but not with her. She is truly a people person
Ever since my old dermatologist left the area I have been going to Pinnacle Dermatology and I can’t say enough on how (knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, & helpful) they are - I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone in the area looking an excellent group of dermatologists
