It was cold, late, in freezing temperatures when my sump failed. This guy made an effort to assist over the phone in order to save himself a trip and me an emergency charge. Unfortunately, the sump was dead. He came out with a smile, got us working again, and we avoided a LOT of potential damage. Highly recommended!
Mr. Rooter helped us with some major plumbing problems. If anyone is searching for plumbing help, I would recommend this company. From the first phone call to the work being complete, they made it an easy process.
As always The Mr. Rooter Plumbing Teck Ryan and crew did an excellent job. Located problem and fixed properly! Only Plumbing Company I will use. Arrived early and took care of the problem. Highly Recommend since I have used them for years.
