L.A Nails provides a great experience for its customers. The nail technicians, including Katie and Shannon, are patient, honest, and detail-oriented. They take the time to understand customers' needs and provide excellent service. Katie helped a customer find the perfect colors for their special occasion, while Shannon has been a go-to for another customer, filling in, shaping, and repairing their nails with care. The salon is also accommodating, fitting in last-minute appointments and explaining new techniques to customers. Overall, L.A Nails is a 10/10 recommendation, with great nail designs and gentle treatment for clients' nails.
