With a high level of expertise, they put clients at ease, especially first-time buyers. Their inspections are lengthy, taking around 6 hours, and they use real equipment, not phone apps.

JDX Home Inspections are the most complete and comprehensive inspections in the area. We incorporate the latest in technology tools on every inspection. 1. CAT 85 combustion gas analyzer to check your furnace. 2. Fieldpiece JL3KH6 pressure, temperature gauges to analyze your A/C. 3. AEMC 6416 ground resistance analyzer for testing your electrical system. 4. E8 infrared camera checking for insulation deficiencies and moisture intrusion. 5. Digitally calibrated level for checking floors for level and walls and foundation for being plumb. 6. Electronic leak detection to inspect for leaks at your gas lines. These are just a few of the professional level tools we use on your home. 4 hours minimum time needed ( depending on square feet ).
