Our air condition went out on a week of 85 degree plus temperatures. My husband called at 430 in the morning thinking he would get an answering machine and he got a Jarad. Jarad scheduled us an appointment and was at our house by 9 am that day. Jarad and Dennis came and repaired our air conditioning and wasted no time. They were both professional, kind, and so knowledgeable. I will use them again without hesitation.

Our AC suddenly stopped this afternoon. We called J&J and they were able to come out within a short time of our call. Jared was friendly and knowledgeable as he discovered the fault within just a few minutes. He had a spare part in the van and we had air within minutes of him arriving. Any time I have issues going forward I’m going to see if he is available.

J&J was really on it. They came out when scheduled an appointment same day and could not resolve my issue due to my particular situation. And yet they scheduled to come back the next day. They were very accommodating to my work schedule as well. Jared the technical was extremely thorough , explained the process, then went to work to fix my AC. Jared was also very polite and took the time to ask if I was satisfied. Truly happy with my service and would use them again. Great Job, J&J!!!
