Working with Carrie and Janelle has been a wonderful experience, they explain excercises and stretches well and they consistently check in with me about my comfort level while doing excercises. My pain has improved significantly, I would recommend Ivy Rehab in Valparaiso to anyone needing physical therapy!
Highly recommend. I came here for an injury of my wrist and Beth was the best! She replicated my job duties and helped me to gain back my strength and confidence to go back to my job. Alex was a big help during my appointments and the whole team here is so friendly and inviting. I will miss being here every week.
Before I came to Valparaiso Ivy physical Rehab I struggled to find a therapy office that could truly help me heal and gain confidence in my progress. Thankfully the excellent staff and people in the office made for great healing in my knee and abilities. I worked primarily with Trish and she was a tremendous help in my recovery, I definitely recommend this office to further progress in achieving good physical health.
