I came to Laura because I was having severe hot flashes with an inability to sleep through the night. I left with a 'program' to follow. After 2 weeks, the hot flashes I am experiencing are minimum and I am no longer sweating through the night which helps me sleep. I understand this is hard to believe and that my own programming is to turn to the medical field for help, but the medical field could not help and Laura was able to assist the process with gentle guidance.
