Heather L. Jozwiak O.D. P.C. is a reputable eye care center with a caring and professional staff. The doctor and her team take the time to thoroughly examine patients and answer their questions. While some staff members may be more friendly than others, the overall experience is generally positive. The office is known for its kind and professional staff, with many patients leaving feeling satisfied with their care. Despite some minor issues with customer service, the doctor's expertise and friendly demeanor make up for any shortcomings.
I am a new patient and Very pleased! I switched to Dr Jozwiak from another doctor I went to for many years. Dr Jozwiak took the time to make sure I'm wearing the correct prescription.

I cannot say ENOUGH about Dr. Jozwiak and her staff. She has been INCREDIBLY generous to me and has always taken extra time and care to listen to my concerns and her staff is ALWAYS friendly. I have suffered with an eye condition and when I was first diagnosed @Rush University's optometry urgent care, Dr. J and her staff moved her schedule around to have me seen immediately and provided me with incredible care, per usual. Throughout the course of my treatment, she provided me numerous pairs of contacts on the house to try to figure out what would work best. She's treated my chronic GPC for years and is always willing to continue trying new contacts and drops and treatments to help me overcome it. I am also partially handicap and she's always been willing to go above and beyond and so has her staff to accommodate me and make me feel normal. They have always treated me as one would want their mother or grandmother to be treated: well! I have never felt discriminated against if I choose to purchase my glasses elsewhere but choose to continue to come to them for exams and treatment. I love Dr. J and her staff. I have been a client for more years than I can count and I highly recommend her to all my friends and family!
