The Great Clips in Valparaiso on Laporte Rd is the BEST Great Clips I've have ever been too. AWESOME ALL AROUND!! My son's and I went on January 30th, 2024. The stylists were a AMAZING, Brianne and Joanne!! Thank you ladies!! We had an AMAZING experience!! You guys fix our hair, made it look AMAZING, AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU!! I had my hair cut on 11/14/23 and Bri was such a fantastic stylist. She did a great job on my hair and made good conversation. The only thing about my experience on this day was that the blonde woman with a septum checking people in seemed pushy for me to go wait elsewhere, even though I was the only person checked in with the app out of a list of 8-9 other people. I was seen almost instantly after being checked in but would've been made to wait otherwise had I left and come back? It just seemed like she was disconnected.
My go to when I am so for a haircut. The stylists are Friendly, professional, and efficient. There’s always a good vibe in here regardless of when I come. Their busy season with school starting is coming so be patient, and know they are working the best they can with the constraints they face. Four stars because everywhere always has a little room for improvement.
