Do not use them - they will lie and imply they have wheelchair accessible transportation. They DO NOT. We told them the passenger could not leave his wheel chair when being transported. Erica, told my fiancée this would not be an issue. The day of pickup, the driver arrives in an SUV explaining that they are not wheel chair accessible and could not pick up the passenger. The passenger was my fiancées father who was going to be transported to a wedding shower to see family for the first time in years. If I could give this place a zero I would worked for this place for couple months the manager definitely drives away most of the caregivers very inconsistent. They definitely don’t care about there clients more of a money thing to them never consistent schedule with individuals you would work for I would stay clear of applying.

I worked here for as long as I could stand it; only about 10 weeks. The clients that I had were always complaining about the uneducated caregivers that were sent to help them, if they were even sent one. I was requested by several of my clients. The only way the scheduler and the manager would agree to send me to them was when I threatened to quit. The office staff was verbally and mentally abusive to me when I would refuse more shifts or farther clients. I believe with all my heart that they dealt with me like this because the owner was also abusive and is only in the profession to take advantage of clients that had the money to hire home care.
