Her approach is 100% focused on client’s skincare needs and their unique goals. She provides clear and honest communication addressing client expectations with realistic outcomes, and with respect to personal budgets. She has set up a serene environment, and I find relaxing is breeze with her calming aura and a disposition. She puts her clients at ease and even made my teenage son comfortable, as we have opted for her to provide treatment for his chronic acne in lieu of harsh oral medications. His complexion has made noticeable improvements in just a few treatments. Exhale Spa is a hidden gem for those of us who want killer brows and glowing skin without traveling 30 or so minutes, as she is conveniently and centrally located between Valparaiso and Portage.“

People are trained in Nova lash and when I saw my friends Nova lashes in Baltimore, I knew that is what I wanted. Melissa put on my Nova lashes - American volume and used 8's and 10's. She was fabulous! Explained what to expect, how to care for them, gave me a little care card, checked my lashes to see if what I want would work and they came out just as I wanted!! The pics show a before and after but the before pic is lashes done for the very first time somewhere else and wasn't anything like I wanted. They were from someone who didn't know what they were doing or not certified. Do make sure you go to a certified person. Go here! Melissa is the best!!“
