Had a service tech at my rental two hours after I called. He was very professional, explained the situation, recharge the A/C unit with coolant and explained the whole process. I was so impressed I had him come out to my residence because of a lingeringing issue with the second story being 8 degrees warmer than the first and 10 degrees warmer than the basement. Shawn closed some ducts vents, cleared the area around others and now our home is the same temp on every floor! Fantastic service. Highly recommend!!!
