Jim promptly returned my call to discuss my issue and set an appointment. He is courteous and professional and listened to me as I explained the issue I was having with an electrical outage I was having with a portion of my addition that was also tied to the garage.He gave me a quote up front before starting any work and it was very reasonable. He completed the work, confirmed everything was working and cleaned up all areas.I will definitely call Jim for any other electrical needs I may have in the future.

He arrived the next day, fixed the problem with my outlet, and took the time to check the other outlets and discuss future repair projects.
