I love the space and atmosphere overall. they have every type of prop necessary to help you get into a specific position. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable and kind. I live in Florida now and truly miss Asana Yoga! ‍

Dana and her team are extremely knowledgeable on Iyengar Yoga and very excited to share it. I didn’t know a thing and was super surprised to get such a warm welcome and lots of help along the way of my personal yoga experience. I moved to Florida and truly miss Asana Yoga!

I've been going to Asana yoga for a year now and simply love this yoga center and all the instructors. The space is large and welcoming with all the yoga equipment anyone could want. The staff are amazing and very caring - each of them wants you to do the best you can and to get the most out of yoga. Before I started yoga, I could almost feel myself calcifying and tightening up. Practicing yoga has not only reduced some physical discomfort while becoming more flexible, I am less stressed and just feel better every day.
