Dr Roop is very kind and gentle, she is wonderful with my animals. I will go to her as long as she's in practice. If you are looking for a groomer, I highly suggest Brandi! She grooms two of our fur babies, and they look adorable when she is finished. You tell her what you want, and she does it. If you have a picture of what you might want, you can show them as well, and that helps, too.
