Absolutely, hands down, THE BEST dental office I’ve ever been to. If you need to be seen, big or small issue, go here. Don’t go anywhere else. Never have I ever been viewed as a person rather than just a patient. My CARE mattered and that is what is most important to me. I unfortunately had to have a tooth removed. It was fast, and painless. Dr. Pooja and ALL STAFF were amazing!!!!
Absolutely exceptional experience at Crossroads! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff. The office itself is pristine and welcoming, making the entire visit comfortable and efficient.
Dr. Kumar is a true artist in their field. Her genuine care for each one of her patients is truly unmatched. The whole staff takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure and answer all questions, from a medical standpoint as well as the finances. The Assistants and support staff were equally impressive, creating a friendly atmosphere.

I have to give them 5 stars. If I could give them a million stars I would. I came here because I was dealing with dental problems because I never took care of my teeth. I rarely ever brushed them and I never went to the dentist. Well actually I had gone to the dentist be4 but it was a bad dentist office and the other one I went to in Columbus did root canals on all my top teeth and my teeth were falling apart because of that and poor dental care. I told them immediately that I wanted dentures because I was tired of hiding my teeth and I wanted my smile back. The dentist was very nice and she was very friendly and caring.
