I have an over the phone experience only.I called them locally to order flowers for my daughter I live over an hour away. They delivered at her workplace. I always recommend calling personally or ordering on line directly for your floral needs. I encourage friends and family to not use wire services.I was greeted by a very friendly and pleasant associate who listened and took my order, answered questions. My transaction was handle warmly and efficiently.My daughter raved about her bouquet and it made her day! Ordered Anniversary flowers for my mom and dad from this wonderful flower shop! I, and my parents could not have been more pleased with the quality and beautiful arrangement this shop delivered. I was ordering from out of town and can tell you that I will most definitely order from this place again whenever I need flowers.
