I have been having severe upper shoulder, neck and back pain in addition to right arm numbness since Christmas. I have had two therapeutic massages and was referred after my last one to Dr. Richter in Tipton. I'm very leery in general of chiropractors and my doc wasn't too excited about me going but I decided, I had been feeling badly for too long and I don't want to take pain medicine. His office was able to get me in quickly (within 2 hours of my call) and was $40 for a consult and adjustment (no x-rays). He used an electrodes machine on me to loosen the muscle and tension, examined me and adjusted me. I woke up feeling like a new woman. In combination with my massage, I can now turn my head completely to the right and without any major neck pain. While I still have a little tingly in my arm, he said I'll be 100% by this weekend. Additional appointments are not required unless I want them. And they are only $30 a visit. Cash only. Accept insurance but must pay upfront. Very helpful front staff, doctor was professional, friendly and welcoming. Adjustment was easy and pain-free. Helpful and kind throughout the experience and I plan to go back every month especially since he has 26 years experience and hasn't broken a neck yet. :)
