clinic: constantly canceling, rescheduling, not able to see primary radiology: constant canceling, rescheduling , wait time 2hr wait time, no availability. inpatient: too many residents spitting at the mouth giving conflicting information

Please avoid this system. They are the only system with cardiologists in Bloomington. Those offices have a difficult time at best calling back their regular patients, remembering your name, and a difficult time at basic office functions. Others in this IU health system , physicians , have similar problems especially when it comes to calling regular patients back let alone a new referral. This same pattern occurs when calling any speciality physician when a new referral or whether an existing one. If you want to be on depression medicine this is your go to, that’s about the only thing they prescribe here no matter your diagnosis. Dr. Haynes is a joke.
